Signature + Grains (Inspired by Mediterranean)
Everything in Signature plus wholesome gluten-free grains - quinoa, brown rice, sweet potatoes, and gluten-free pasta - for sustained energy. About 400–600 calories, 35–50g protein, 35–55g carbs per meal.
Autoimmune (Inspired by AIP)
Adapted to Autoimmune Protocol guidelines to calm inflammation and support healing. Removes grains, legumes, nightshades, eggs, nuts, seeds, and dairy. About 350–500 calories, 30–40g protein, 15–30g carbs per meal.
Carb Conscious (Inspired by Keto)
High fat, moderate protein, low carb. Keto-adapted meals with no grains, starchy vegetables, or added sugars. About 300–500 calories, 30–40g protein, 5–20g carbs per meal.
